The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour. Most of our Team Leaders earn an average of $20-$24 per hour , paid weekly. Our Partners earn an average of $17-$19 per hour. Benefits & Pay The pay range for this job is $16.00 to $24.00 an hour, dependent on your experience, quality of the work you do, and the speed at which you work as professional house cleaner. Responsibilities Here’s what you will be responsible for: Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards – Follow our process and you’ll delight every customer. Team Lead Responsibilities Manage the team’s schedule and driver safety Maintain the company car – notify staff if there are any issues (oil change needed, brakes squeaking, low tire pressure, etc.) Maintain equipment – The team lead will take care of basic equipment maintenance and ensure the car is loaded with the appropriate housekeeping supplies.
